Fall into Fashion

We're in Fall since september, that means  falling leaves, shorter days, colder weather and heavenly rainfalls!!
But what to wear?? I know!

One thing you can count on is the constant changing color fads in the fashion and beauty world. This spring it was blush/peach, summer mint green...

And this Fall/Winter jewel tones are the colors to go for! In 2011 Fall had the color of mother nature: earth tones but now color is more incorporated. Yet it's deeper and darker.

The new sillhouette this fall is the Peplum. It's a versatile piece, peplum shirts or jackets paired with a straight (leather) legging or skinny (leather) jean is a great way to look casual and cute. To dress up this look, wear a peplum dress or high waist (leather) skirt with a tucked in blouse.

I'd always rock my leather jackets but now it went leather all the way, leather pants skirts dresses hell even socks! And I know your mother has them some were, cuz I saw my mother rockin' those back in the day!
 

What you also find in stores are glitter & sparkles incorporated in dresses and chunky knits. 
The chunky oversized knits are the most comfy look this fall/winter. Dress it up by tucking it in into a flowing belted skirt or wear it over a form-fitting dress or skirt!

Shoes
Go for the hunterboots and the wedge boots/sneakers. For the evening it's all about the anklestrap like in the pictures above!

I must say, the leather trend will not fade away. It will still be going on in spring 2013 so don't throw anything away!! Pair the things you have with the new and viola  a complete "new" outfit!
